If I were to choose which Need for Speed game I'd like remastered, without a shadow of a doubt, it would be Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. And as luck would have it, I've got my wish. Criterion's NFS calling card from ten years ago, Hot Pursuit still gives me chills when I think about how much fun I had chasing down Racers as a Cop, or fleeing the Cops as a Racer.
Hot off Burnout Paradise, Criterion brought over all of the arcade racing nous from its beloved series, bringing it to EA's flagship racer franchise, with sexy results. A decade on, however, does Hot Pursuit still hold up by today's standards? Have the last ten years been kind to Criterion's super slick racer?
