Introduction:
This is a sequel to the first Revelations game. You do not have to have any experience with the previous one to enjoy or figure this game out. It does help to have some previous knowledge of Resident Evil and how the games usually work, but it is easy to figure out if not.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
This is a game that was released as an episodic game, where each week a new one came out for a month. There are four total episodes with a few different modes you can unlock and must complete for achievements. While the episodes are easy and straight forward, the challenge will come to getting all of the medals and completing Invisible and Countdown modes. There are collectibles, but they have no achievements tied to them. Most of the achievements are for doing specific kills or actions in the game. The ones that are worth the most come from getting all medals and completing the modes in each episode. Most of the random achievements can be obtained from Episode 1, but it will make your experience quicker with the game if you let them come naturally.

Note for Episode 2:
In Episode 2, I would like to point out THERE IS NO ACHIEVEMENT FOR KNIFE ONLY RUN! I made this assumption and wasted a playthrough on just using my knife the whole time, then wondered why nothing unlocked. You should have an excellent feel for the game after Episode 1. This episode is about double the length of the previous. It offers the Glasp enemy which there is an achievement for. After this episode is cleared, you should be able to have all achievements except for the next episode specific ones.

There are 43 achievements with a total of 1960 points

  • Get a total of 50,000 BP.

BP can be earned by completing chapters and doing certain things within them. You also can find BP in the game as somewhat hidden items. There are even skills that let you gain BP with follow up attacks (Crowbar Finisher and Brick Finisher). This is through all of the episodes, but through attempting the various modes and medals, you should get this in Episode 1.

  • Defeat 100 Afflicted in the main campaign.

Afflicted are the main zombie type enemies. You can easily gain this in the first chapter of the first episode. Once you reach the holding cells and must pry open a door, don't. Make sure you do not activate the trap or it will ruin your farming. There will continue to be 2 afflicted enemies running at you from the holding cell and they are extremely easy to kill. Play as Moira. Shine the flashlight in their faces and then hit them. Claire will do a physical attack knocking them down, allowing you to one shot them (finishing them with the crowbar).

  • Defeat 100 Revenants in the main campaign.

You will first see these enemies in Episode 1 while controlling Barry/Natalia. They have a sack that is their weak spot. They seem to be in random places on the body. They appear as you fight them or if you can get Natalia to point them out. There are around 8-10 of them during episode 1 near the end. You can choose to retry the checkpoint after killing them. An easy place to do so is in the lumber yard. Throw a fire bottle at 2 of them on casual, then choose to retry.

  • Defeat 100 enemies with the knife in the main campaign.

During any episode, just kill enemies using the knife. It is the first weapon you obtain. It could take several hits even on weak enemies. You can upgrade skills Dashing Knife, Quick Knife, and Hair Splitter to make this even easier. But on casual this shouldn't be much of a problem, especially when killing enemies in the holding cell area in the first episode with Claire.

  • Defeat 50 enemies with physical attacks in the main campaign.

Physical attacks are prompted attacks on screen that have you press  when near an enemy that is stunned. Finishing them on the ground will not count towards this achievement. Upgrade the skill Charge Attack in order to make your attacks do more damage as you hold the button. The best way to do this is in Episode 1 when without using the trap and trying to pry the door open, you get an endless amount of enemies coming at you (2 at a time). Shine Moira's flashlight to stun them, then follow up attack with Claire. Never finish off an enemy, however your AI partner might take it upon themselves to do so. Retrying in this game doesn't erase your stats.

  • Perform 50 follow-ups in the main campaign.

A follow-up is an attack against an enemy that is on the ground. They are able to at first only be used by Moira and Natalia. But with the skill "Follow-Up", you are able to use it with Claire and Barry as well. This can easily be done during the holding cell area in Episode One. As long as you do not pry open the door or activate the flame trap, you will get an onslaught of easy to dispose of enemies rushing to you (their demise). Hit them or blind them with Moira, Claire will knock them down, and you finish them with . See the video in the "I Can Do Blunt Weapons" achievement description.

  • Defeat 20 enemies with stealth attacks in the main campaign.

A stealth attack is performed to an unaware enemy most likely from behind. Crouch with  and press  on the unsuspecting enemy. You can only do this with Claire and Barry. You can reload checkpoints if you find a good spot to do this. One spot I had found was in Episode 1. When you get to the holding cell area, there is a tall iron faced enemy not paying attention. You can kill him and reload your checkpoint. You will be in the area to repeat this until you get the achievement. Or, you can get it naturally.

  • Use Moira's light to stun 50 enemies in the main campaign.

Shine the flashlight while controlling Moira to stun enemies. There are upgrades of skills that can be purchased to make the effect stronger. However, this is not needed, as the base shine will work just fine. See the video in the "I Can Do Blunt Weapons" achievement description.

  • Use Moira's crowbar to defeat 50 enemies in the main campaign.

It is easy to get follow-up kills with this character. Especially when you play on casual and are fighting an endless amount of enemies, only 2 coming at you at a time. This can be done in Episode 1 while playing as Claire/Moira. Just get near the end where you must put a gear to get through a door, triggering holding cells nearby to release enemies. Do not activate the trap or try to pry the door, or it will stop enemies from coming. I made a video below, showing me unlocking 3 achievements doing this method (getting 50 crowbar kills, 50 flashlight stuns, and 50 follow-ups).

  • Defeat 20 enemies with a brick as Natalia in the main campaign.

When playing as the little girl Natalia (the girl with Berry), you can pick up bricks. They have a soft glow on the ground where you can pick them up. You must kill enemies with this brick, so their health must be low for this. That, or when an enemy is knocked to the ground, you can run up and finish them with a follow-up using the  if there is a prompt to do so. If you find a good spot, you can try to reload your checkpoint to farm it. However, the next episodes will also give you more kills.

  • Defeat two enemies with one shot in the main campaign.

The best gun to use for this achievement is the Magnum Python. As Barry, you start with this weapon in Episode 1. When you get to the first batch of enemies, kill the first enemy and more will shuffle in, single file. Go ahead and shoot them when they are in line with each other. The bullet from the Python should take them both out, giving you the achievement.

Note: This will not work on killing the spiders with a shotgun.

  • Destroy 30 Revenants' weapon arms.

This can be somewhat annoying. You must shoot off the weapon arm of the Revenant. This doesn't always appear on all of them, and seems more rare than common. You have to shoot the limb off before you kill the enemy. These are the enemies you first meet in the later portion of Episode 1 as Barry. In Episode 2, there are more but you are directed for more of a stealth approach.

You can always "retry" and farm them when you want to. In Episode 1, you will get to the door and it will trigger multiple Revenants in the area. You can keep finding the ones with the arms and shoot them off.

  • Shoot down 30 Afflicted in mid-jump in the main campaign.

Mid jump means their feet are not on the ground. Normally this is them running at you and kind of jumping at you. They do not jump straight up in the air or anything crazy like that. They just run and leap forward to grab you. This will best be done with a shotgun. Aim up for the face.

In Episode 1, there is a point where an Afflicted will jump through a window. This is while making your way to the generator. There will be an enemy that comes at you in a hallway (through a side open door) then when you continue, 2 enemies will burst through a door to attack. After disposing of them, the next hallway has a surprise enemy jump through a window. When he lands, shotgun him. This will count as a kill. You can then reload your checkpoint and keep running to and killing this same enemy. In Episode 2 they will be leaping from a hut while Pedro is drilling a wall, and you can farm there too.

  • Have Moira stun an enemy and Claire follow up with a physical attack in the main campaign.

While playing as Moira, shine the flashlight into an enemies eyes. Claire will then use a physical attack by herself in most circumstances, gaining this extremely easy achievement. You can take control by pressing  and pressing  when prompted to do the physical attack.

  • Save your captured partner ten times in the main campaign.

Sometimes if you aren't destroying everything that moves, an enemy will grab onto your AI partner. You must shoot/kick them off for these to count. If you do not do it in time, they will save themselves if not too injured. This is not when they are down and you can help them up.

  • Defeat five enemies with one exploding bottle or one firebomb bottle in the main campaign.

This may be your first achievement. To use bottle, hold  if you have one and  to throw after aiming. You will find a bottle or two if you look around the areas. The place you will be able to get this easily is a spot where they introduce the giant spiders. You drop down and there are a bunch that will attack you. Just throw the bottle on the ground and you should be able to get the achievement without any hassle.

  • Clear one Raid Mode mission.

Choose raid from the menu. Choose a character and go to do the glowing door. Play mission one to get this easy achievement. All you do is kill enemies, and they are all level 1 and slow. Should take not much longer than 5 minutes.

  • Evaluate an item in Raid Mode.

Open up the treasure chests in the raid missions and you will gain what looks like a vinyl record with a gun icon on it. When you are done with a mission and in the main small room, go to the jukebox and pay gold to evaluate one. This can be done right after completing the first mission.

  • Clear one Gauntlet in Raid Mode.

    (1)

A Gauntlet is a series of missions you must complete. For example, the first set, Gauntlet I, is basically the first 6 missions. You just have to have finished the missions, any time you wish. They can be on different days if you please. There is nothing hard about this. Kill enemies and get to the end of each section.

  • Defeat 20 Glasps in the main campaign.

This enemy type is introduced in Episode 2 while playing Barry/Natalia. These enemies are invisible to Barry. You can only see them with Natalia's awareness. They look like big infected mosquito enemies that hover. When you shoot at them, Natalia will tell you if you need to point in a specific direction. They are extremely weak and easy to kill, though if not careful can grapple and kill you instantly if too close.

You may reload your checkpoint when they first appear and kill 3 of them over and over until you get the achievement. There are a total of 6 in the first episode. Therefore, you can kill 24 through normal playthrough, knife, time, and invisible. That is, if you choose to kill them all in these playthroughs. They are bound to be in more episodes, but getting it out of the way is instant gratification.

Secret achievements

    DLC: Episode 1: Penal Colony

There are 6 achievements with a total of 360 points

    • Clear Episode One.

This is for clearing Episode 1. There are two chapters. The first you will control Claire and Moira. Claire is the aggressive one with guns, while Moira uses a flashlight and a crowbar. In the second chapter, you will be in control of Barry and Natalia. Barry is the fighter while Natalia is a support role. Finish the episode to obtain the achievement. After practice, you will be able to run through the episode pretty fast.

    • Clear Episode One in Countdown Mode.

      (2)

After completing Episode One, you will be able to purchase Countdown Mode in Extras > Rewards. It costs 1000 BP. You have a time limit and when you kill enemies and destroy hourglasses, you get more time. You should only attempt this after you have beaten the episode a few times. You can also watch videos of other people doing the episode in this mode to just mimic what they do.

    • Clear Episode One in Invisible Mode.

      (1)

After completing Episode One, you will be able to purchase Invisible Mode in Extras > Rewards. All of the enemies will be invisible, except while using Moira's flashlight or Natalia's pointing ability. You should play mostly as the support based character and then switch to the other to get the kills quickly.

      Skills that will help:
Unholstered - This allows for your AI partner to shoot weapons
Light is Might - This helps stun enemies with the flashlight
Batter Up - Moira's crossbow gets an increase in attack power
Sixth Sense - Gives Natalia's awareness an increase in range
Double Play - When switching characters, gain 10% attack power for 5 seconds

Other skills will always help of course, but these ones are more geared towards mostly controlling the support characters (Moira and Natalia). You will constantly be switching back and forth while in combat.

    • Get all medals in Episode One.

      (4)

There are a total of 20 medals to obtain in Episode 1. Dying resets the numbers back to your last checkpoint, and does not stack between multiple playthroughs. You can view your progress of medals from the main menu and during gameplay as well. The ones you need will be darker and not highlighted, which can be somewhat difficult to notice.

      Claire/Moira
Gold: Knocked down an enemy 5 times by blinding them with light, then hitting with physical attack.
Solution: Use Moira to stun enemies with flashlight, then quickly switch to Claire and use  when prompted to knock them down.
Gold: Defeated 8 enemies with rotating bladed
Solution: Run past most enemies until you the blades going, then lure them in. After putting the cog key in place, do not turn on the fire trap. Have Moira start using her crowbar after you clear the enemies, and it will keep spawning enemies 2 at a time. Blind them with Moira and try to kick them into the spinning blades.
Silver: Stunned 10 enemies with Moira's light
Solution: Just make sure you stun enough enemies. Can utilize unlimited enemy spawn at end mentioned above.
Silver: Defeated 8 enemies with sub-weapons
Solution: These weapons are the bottles you can throw that blow up, catch fire, etc. Saving them for big groups of enemies can make this easy. If you wish, you can play multiple times saving up bottles.
Silver: Defeated 3 enemies using the stealth attack
Solution: There will be a section that introduces you to stealth. You can use it here and a little bit later in the holding cell area. In later episodes you gain a Smoke bottle, which lets you stealth enemies easily even if they are after you.
Silver: Defeated 8 enemies with a headshot
Solution: This should be obtained naturally. You may utilize the unlimited enemies mentioned above.
      Bronze: Found 3 treasures
Solution: Treasures are the gems that give you BP (Bounty Points). You should be able to find these while going for hidden items with Moira and her military boxes.
Bronze: Killed 10 Giant Whip Spiders
Solution: The spiders are in the compactor area. There are tons of them, you can't miss this spot. Kill them all.
      Bronze: Opened 3 military boxes
Solution: These are the dark boxes you can use Moira to open. They should be easy enough to find on your own, or look up a video online.
Bronze: Found 6 hidden items with Moira
Solution: You will be taught how to use your flashlight to point these out. Use Moira mostly and you will find a lot more than 6 of them around.

      Barry/Natalia
Gold: Defeated 5 Revenant by only hitting their weak spots
Solution: These are the disfigured enemies that have those yellow sacks you can expose and shoot to kill them fast. Switch to Natalia to see where this spot is, then switch back and attack that spot with Barry. Exposing the weak spot is a must and doesn't hurt the progress. At the end of the chapter, once you knock down the doors with the crane, you may stay and fight enemies. They are endless.
Gold: Didn't fire a gun in the detention center control area
Solution: You will get this while only using the knife.
Silver: Hit enemies with Natalia's brick 15 times
Solution: Using Natalia, throw bricks to stun enemies. They are highlighted in a light blue around the environment. You can stun the same enemy, but the bricks do break.
Silver: Defeated 2 enemies with a follow-up attack
Solution: After stunning an enemy with Natalia, use Barry to finish the enemy (unlocked perk Follow-Up in skills first).
Silver: Defeated 8 enemies with sub-weapons
Solution: There will be multiple areas that will have 2+ enemies you can kill with bottles. What you can do is just save your bottles and use them when you feel things will work out best for you (like having 4 explosive and 4 fire for example).
Silver: Defeated 6 enemies using the stealth attack
Solution: Barry has multiple enemies he can sneak up on to stealth kill. In other episodes you will be able to make a Smoke bottle that you can throw to confuse enemies. You can stealth kill them then if you are having a hard time.
Bronze: Defeated 6 enemies with the knife
Solution: You will get this is in your knife run (and possible if you kill all the spiders in the start)
      Bronze: Opened 2 gimmick boxes
Solution: These are the golden boxes you can use Natalia to open. There are more than 2 in the level and you will find one in the room above the cells and one in the forest.
Bronze: Found 6 hidden items with Natalia
Solution: Natalia can point at shiny objects to make them appear. Use her when you can to look around.
Bronze: Escaped the darkness of the forest, starting from the detour hut within 40 seconds
Solution: This invisible timer starts after you open the door of the hut that had the first revenant enemy. Run straight for the exit, avoiding the enemies. It ends with the bronze doors you open.

    • Clear Episode One only using the knife.

      (10)

While this might appear as a simple task, it's extremely picky when it comes to what counts in a situation as "not doing it correctly". I have compiled the Can Do and Cannot Do of this achievement by sorting through confirmations of what works. This may take a few attempts and the game gives you no indication that it has been voided, and you can't see if you've done it for any part of the episode (like if you did it for Claire's section). You will not know which part of the episode you messed up on.

      Do
-Play after leveling up some skills
-When attacking, use the knife by holding . You will do quick slashes.
-Skip any enemies that you can
      -Play on casual
-Always be on either Claire or Barry, unless you have to switch
-Use traps such as the blades and the fire bust.
-Use  crowbar sequences to progress, there are only 2.
-Melee with the brick as Natalia to unlock a door for Barry
      -Use Herbs to heal
-AI shooting is okay (skill required)

      Do Not
      -Shoot at all
-Shine your flashlight as Moira (to blind enemies)
-Attack an enemy with bricks (melee or thrown)
      -Stealth attack an enemy
-Throw a Sub Weapon (fire/exploding bottle)
-Use a crowbar as melee while playing Moria
      -Throw a brick with Natalia

    Secret achievements

    • Escape from the detention center in Claire's Episode One without using the flame-thrower bust.

      (5)

While playing as Claire/Moira in first chapter, you will get to a point with holding cells. Once you put the gear inside to open a door, the holding cells will open and you will have enemies attacking you. DO NOT DO THIS: There is a trap in the room that you can set, which has you rotate the trap and then another switch to make it continue to blow fire at the enemies giving you no headache when trying to pry open a door with a crowbar.

If you do it, you will need to play all over again. Retrying from a checkpoint will not work. As soon as you activate the trap, you will forfeit the achievement.

    DLC: Episode 2: Contemplation

There are 5 achievements with a total of 300 points

    • Clear Episode Two.

      (2)

Clear both Claire and Barry's sections to complete the episode. This whole episode could end up taking you around 2 hours to complete your first time (watching cut scenes, looking for items, etc). It will introduce a handful of new enemies and ends on a cliffhanger.

    • Clear Episode Two in Countdown Mode.

After clearing the episode, you will again have to buy Countdown Mode in the rewards section of the menu for 1000BP. You will likely need to follow a video to mimic what the person does. This is much like the achievement in the first Episode.

    • Clear Episode Two in Invisible Mode.

After clearing the episode, you will again have to buy Invisible Mode in the rewards section of the menu for 1000BP. Because of the first level's structure and being able to run most of the time as well as use a trap, invisible mode wasn't too tough. You will find this invisible mode more difficult. There are times when you must stay in one area while enemies start attacking you and they must die in order for you to progress.

Again, you will be best off finding a youtube video of someone running through it. The mode makes you have a specific starting set of items. This makes it difficult to judge where it's best to use higher damaging items.

    • Get all medals in Episode Two.

      Claire/Moira
Gold: Knocked down an enemy 5 times by blinding them with light, then hitting with physical attack.
Solution: Use Moira to stun enemies with flashlight, then quickly switch to Claire and use  when prompted to knock them down.
Gold: Cleared the siege in the bar without any of the windows being broken
Solution: During the bar siege, enemies will try to break through windows. Protect the 6 windows by shooting the heads of the enemies. The window is broken if there is nothing there and enemies can climb through it.
Silver: Stunned 10 enemies with Moira's light
Solution: Just make sure you stun enough enemies. There are plenty!
Solution: Like the previous episode. When you have to turn off the alarm you can stealth kill there, as well as in a playground area.
Silver: Defeated 8 enemies with a headshot
Solution: This should be obtained naturally. Lots of easy shots in the bar siege.
Bronze: Created 3 sub-weapons by combining items
Solution: You just need to combine the bottle with the various items (alcohol, gun powder, and the 2 new ones). You can find a few in the bar and another set around the town.
      Bronze: Opened 3 military boxes
Solution: You will find these as you comb the areas for items.
Bronze: Found 6 hidden items with Moira
Solution: Use Moira mostly and you will find a lot more than 6. You may have to scour around good.
Bronze: Escaped from the village without taking damage from Mutant Pedro
Solution: Just stand back from him. You can take him out easily on casual. He only does melee attacks. You have guns! Figure it out. Or you can run...

      Barry/Natalia
Gold: Defeated 5 Revenant by only hitting their weak spots
Solution: Like in the previous episode, except this one has no unlimited easy area. Instead of stealth killing these enemies like the game suggests, shoot their weak spots like before.
Gold: Defeated Mutant Pedro by destroying all of his eyes
Solution: In order to fight Pedro as Barry, you will have to run from him during Claire's section. Near the end you will go up a lot of stairs and push down a helicopter. Continue on and he will appear, bursting through a wall. Use Natalia to find which "eye" on his body to shoot (it glows orange"). It will be a one shot to destroy the eye that is needed. Keep switching back and forth to find the correct eye then shoot it. You can miss, it's okay. But if he dies, you will need to retry from checkpoint. This is why you use the pistol since it is weakest. After all eyes are destroyed he will die. It's actually easier than you might think.
Silver: Hit enemies with Natalia's brick 15 times
Solution: Much easier in the previous episode. You will have to seek after this one.
Silver: Defeated 2 enemies with a follow-up attack
Solution: The only way to do follow up attacks on this episode as Barry, is to use the Slinger enemies to knock down the revenants. You will have to take a slow approach and wait for the right opportunities. Dodge while near the revenant so that it gets knocked down. You have a possibility of 4 follow up kill opportunities.
Silver: Defeated 8 enemies with sub-weapons
Solution: Get a good amount of bottles throughout your playthroughs. Gather up enemies before and during the siege, and you should be able to get this.
Silver: Defeated 6 enemies using the stealth attack
Solution: This level starts with stealth areas and has more later on. Should be easy enough. You can also utilize the new smoke bottle you get in this section.
Bronze: Defeated 6 enemies with the knife
Solution: There are plenty of the zombie dog enemies you can kill easily with your knife. Few more and you're good to go.
      Bronze: Opened 3 gimmick boxes
Solution: Look around for these like before. You can find a video online if you're having trouble.
Bronze: Found 6 hidden items with Natalia
Solution: Natalia can point at shiny objects to make them appear. Use her when you can to look around.
Bronze: Defeated 5 Revenant using stealth attacks in the city warehouse
Solution: In the warehouse area, you can guess there are basically 5 revenant roaming around to stealth. While going for this, it might be a good idea to save a couple smoke bottles in case you get spotted. It doesn't say you can't get detected on accident! Retry where needed.

    Secret achievements

    • Defeat Mutant Pedro in Claire's Episode Two.

      (2)

After getting gas and a battery for the helicopter, you will have to run back to the bar to turn off an alarm. Inside, you will fend off enemies until Pedro decides it's a good idea to lean his back against the wooden door. Did he sneak some tequila? Once he mutates he will try to drill you to death, but often times get stuck on things. Go ahead and lay waste into him for this easy achievement.

Note: You can run away and leave the bar instead of fighting. If you do so, Barry will end up with sloppy seconds and have to finish what you started. However, there is a specific medal you must obtain by just shooting Pedro's Mutated "eyes". which are in random places on his body. This enemy must die in order to get the drill for progression reasons.

    DLC: Episode 3: Judgement

There are 6 achievements with a total of 320 points

    • Clear Episode Three.

Episode three starts to throw you into more puzzle situations, having you gather certain items in order to progress. The puzzles are easy to figure out, but this makes the episode take longer than previous. Though there are more enemies, there are also a lot more items.

    • Clear Episode Three in Countdown Mode.

Just like previous episodes, following a video walkthrough is your best bet. This episode is much longer than previous, and can get confusing where to go in some sections. The difficulty has increased because of this.

    • Clear Episode Three in Invisible Mode.

You will rely heavily on running and using the alternate characters to find the enemies. Get to know the episode with multiple playthrough, or follow a walkthrough to survive this.

    • Get all medals in Episode Three.

      (1)

      Claire/Moira
Gold: Knocked down an enemy 5 times by blinding them with light, then hitting with physical attack.
Solution: Use Moira to stun enemies with flashlight, then quickly switch to Claire and use  when prompted to knock them down.
Gold: Escaped the factory with only 1 minute left
Solution: There will be a countdown timer for you to escape the factory that is on fire. At the end, there is a part where you switch to Moira and you can see what "trap" doesn't have any blades. Leave this part to end, but make sure there is less than a minute left.
Silver: Stunned 20 enemies with Moira's light
Solution: Just make sure you stun enough enemies. There are a lot of enemies in this episode.
Silver: Defeated 10 enemies with sub-weapons
Solution: These weapons are the bottles you can throw that blow up, catch fire, etc. Saving them for big groups of enemies can make this easy. If you wish, you can play multiple times saving up bottles. If in the sewers, make sure you do not throw a bottle in the water (nothing will happen).
Silver: Defeated 3 enemies using the stealth attack
Solution: It might be a bit harder to find enemies to stealth attack in this episode, as there are not any obvious places. You may need to come back with a smoke bottle if having troubles.
Silver: Defeated 10 enemies with a headshot
Solution: You will have options for pistols as you progress. You can get a lot of headshots in this episode.
Bronze: Created 5 sub-weapons by combining items
Solution: There are quite a few items to combine in this episode. You will have to find at least 5 bottles to combine them with, which is the harder to find item. You can get these bottles in quicker episodes, and combine them all in this episode if you want (and can't find them naturally).
Bronze: Create 5 recovery items by combing items
Solution: There are only 2 kinds you can create. Combining red/green herbs and cloth/herbs. Each combination creates 3 items each. You should find enough to make a few sets.
      Bronze: Opened 4 military boxes
Solution: I believe there are 5 boxes to open. 2 of them are obtained while you have a time limit (one during the spinning blades trap, and one during the factory fire). They are the harder to obtain.
Bronze: Found 7 hidden items with Moira
Solution: Use Moira mostly and you will find quite a few. This goes good with trying to find the items to combine. There are a lot more than 7 here.

      Barry/Natalia
Gold: Defeated 3 Revenant by only hitting their weak spots
Solution: Just use Natalia to discover the weak spots like before. There are more than 5 in the mining area.
Gold: Cleared the episode without destroying any of the Dhurlga tentacles
Solution: This enemy is a revenant humanoid with tentacles and the weaks spot in the middle. You must shoot this weak spot and try to avoid destroying his arms that are hanging (blocking the weak spot). Getting behind or to the side works best, using a strong weapon.
Silver: Hit enemies with Natalia's brick 15 times
Solution: You will have to use Natalia more as your main character to find and throw the bricks at enemies.
Silver: Defeated 3 enemies with a follow-up attack
Solution: After stunning an enemy with Natalia, use Barry to finish the enemy (unlocked perk Follow-Up in skills first). Sometimes enemies will get knocked down as you fight them as well.
Silver: Defeated 10 enemies with sub-weapons
Solution: Get a good amount of bottles throughout your playthroughs. There are more items to find in this episode, but already having the bottles/sub-weapons helps a ton.
Silver: Defeated 4 enemies using the stealth attack
Solution: In the mining area you will have around 4 or 5 chances to stealth kill enemies. You can also use your smoke bombs to get some earlier before this point.
Bronze: Defeated 10 enemies with the knife
Solution: Enemies are even easier to kill with the knife as you use BP to unlock the skills. On casual this is simple to do.
      Bronze: Opened 3 gimmick boxes
Solution: Look around for these like before. You can find a video online if you're having trouble.
Bronze: Found 5 hidden items with Natalia
Solution: Natalia can point at shiny objects to make them appear. Use her when you can to look around.
Bronze: Cleared the sewage treatment plant with Natalia taking no damage
Solution: Make sure as Barry you are always watching out for her. When she has to open the gates, pay attention to when enemies are trying to grab her. Kill them quickly.

      (1)

      (3)

During Claire's Episode 3, there is a sewer section that you can roam around in. There are a two valves you can turn, one being in normal site and another behind a waterfall and up a ladder. These will give you access to 2 areas you can't reach in Barry's section without turning the valves.

You start in the sewers as Barry. You will come to an area where you go right down a lit hallway, but straight you will see an assault rifle on the ground. There is another area where Natalia can duck under, which also counts as a place to get the achievement. In total there are 3 "spots" for this achievement.

    DLC: Episode 4: Metamorphosis

There are 6 achievements with a total of 320 points

    • Clear Episode Four.

The last episode, Claire's part being ridiculously short and Barry's being extremely tedious. At least during Barry's section you visit a familiar environment.

    • Clear Episode Four in Countdown Mode.

You will be used to what to do here. Follow/mimic a video online of someone doing this.

    • Clear Episode Four in Invisible Mode.

Claire's part of course is extremely easy. Barry's will severely test your patience! Avoid as many enemies as you can. Follow a video online to make this faster. Can be a difficult one.

Solution: Use a smoke bomb and knife one of the Glasps in your way (or run and knife hoping to get lucky).

    Secret achievements

    • Defeat six or more Glasps in the monument in Claire's Episode Four, on Normal difficulty or higher.

There are 2 extra Glasps when you play Normal mode in Episode 4 with Claire. They are near the end. You can also just reload your check point to kill them if you missed one earlier in the chapter.

    • Complete both routes through the landfill in Barry's Episode Four.

      (1)

During Claire's part of the episode, near the beginning is a computer you can interact with that has a security camera pointed at two big doors. They control the water. It effects Barry's area and it will be obvious when you get there. In another playthrough, don't interact with it and you'll get the achievement as soon as you go down the ladder.
