Introduction:
Welcome to PDC Worlds Championship Darts. This game has a total of 47 achievements and requires two playthroughs (seasons) to get 1000. The reason for the two playthroughs is that the Number 1 achievement and Grand Slam are only achievable in the 2nd season of the Career mode. Of the achievements, 14 are unlocked in the Career Mode, 3 are unlocked by winning games on Xbox Live, 16 are unlocked by beating certain characters on Pro Difficulty and the remaining 14 are achieved by playing in exhibition games.

There is currently one 'bug' with this game. Its a real pain the in butt as it requires you to play through Seasons 1 and 2 of career without:

-Turning off you Xbox
-Changing in-game settings
-Quitting out of career
-Saving mid-tournament
-Quitting out of any game.

Doing any off the above will cause Grand Slam to remain locked, forcing you to play through the entire 2 seasons again.

Step 1: Basic Achievements
I suggest that when you get the game, the first achievements you should do involve Exhibition mode. It will help you learn how to play the game, get used to the controls and also net you some of the easy achievements. The main tip here is to really practice your technique and see what suits your style.

Step 2: Beat The Pro's
This main objective now is to basically get all 16 Achievements for beating the Pro's. "Borandi" has a really good tip to help you beat the pro's and it helped me and many others. It makes the achievements easier and faster.

Here's the video:

It basically explains how and what to do to beat the pros.

Step 3: Online Achievements
Now I'd choose to go for the online achievements if you have a partner to play with as the online is extremely dead for this game. Basically find your partner and create a RANKED match and have one find the other and then simply take turns to win 50 times (making sure you win 10 in a row for the other achievement) and you should end up with all 3 online achievements, leaving 14 offline achievements to go!

Step 4: Career Playthroughs
Definitely the most annoying, time consuming achievements in this game by far. Basically the main goal here is to sit in front of your Xbox for the next 3 or 4 days playing nothing but career mode, without turning the Xbox off (or the other things stated at the beginning of the Road Map). In the first season you should aim to get 11 of the 14 achievements in Career Mode.

These are:
-World Championship
-UK Open
-US Open
-World Grand Prix
-German Champ
-World Matchplay
-Whitewash
-Perfect Match
-Lowroller
-Hitman
-Nobody Saw It!

These can all be achieved in the first season of career mode by winning EVERYTHING.

The remaining 3 achievements, Grand Slam, Desert Classic and Number 1, are all achieved in the second season of career mode. Desert Classic would be locked during the first season of the career as your rank won't be high enough. So basically win this tournament to unlock this. Number 1 can be unlocked at the very end of the second season. You should be Rank 1 just after completing the Las Vegas Desert Classic tournament.

After winning that tournament basically win EVERYTHING again without saving, quitting etc and you SHOULD get the Grand Slam achievement, although some people have said they didn't get the achievement. So just follow the guide without saving, quitting etc. and there shouldn't be a problem what so-ever.

Conclusion:
Wrapping this up, I just want to say that this game isn't that bad for achievements, it can just be a pain. After a vigorous 4 day playing fiesta, 1000 should sit nicely in your gamercard . Enjoyz!

There are 47 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Score 180 in 3 darts in a non-party match

You must hit three tripple 20's in one visit to the board. With a little practice it should be no problem. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Finish a leg in 9 darts in a non-party 501 match

You must finish a leg of 501 in nine darts. This can be a tough one to get even for experienced players. Keep practicing and you will get it eventually. There are a few combinations of getting 501 in 3 darts, but i would advise you to go for, T20, T19, BULL. You must do this 3 times in that order. Doing it that way will also unlock "Top Tungsten". Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Finish a leg in 6 darts in non-party 301 match

For this achievement you must finish a leg of 301 in 6 darts. This is not too challenging as you don't even need a 180 to start. Try to start with a 180 or 140, and then follow the checkout shown on-screen. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Finish a leg in 12 darts or less in a non-party 701 match

Personally i think this harder than the 9 darter, as it requires more throws. Simply take out a leg of 701 in just 12 darts. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Score a 170 (T20, T20, Bull) checkout in a single turn in a non-party match

You must leave yourself needing 170 in any game type (301, 501, 701). This is the highest available checkout in darts and requires you to hit T20, T20, and then the BULL. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Score a 153 (T20, T19, D18) checkout in a single turn in a non-party match

You must leave yourself needing 153 in any game type (301, 501, 701). Once you manage to leave yourself 153, hit a T20,T19 and then D18. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Finish a leg in 9 darts in a non-party 501 match scoring 167 (T20, T19, Bull) three times

    See "Nine Darter"

  • Score a 150 (Bull, Bull, Bull) checkout in a single turn in a non-party match

You must leave yourself needing 150 to checkout in any game type (301, 501, 701). Don't use any other way apart from BULL, BULL, BULL. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Win the World Championship

All of these achievements can be obtained in either tournament or Career mode. I suggest doing them in career mode as it will help towards "Grand Slam" and "Number One!". All tournaments must be completed in one play, without saving. In career mode, you can save in between tournaments, but saving mid-tournament will result in the achievement not unlocking.

  • Win the World Grand Prix

    See 'World Championship'

  • Win the Las Vegas Desert Classic

See 'World Championship'. The Las Vegas Desert Classic can only be entered in Career in Season 2, as you will not be able to get a high enough rank to enter in Season 1. It can, however, be done in Tournament Mode at any time.

  • Win the UK Open

    See 'World Championship'

  • Win the World Matchplay

    See 'World Championship'

  • Win the German Darts Championship

    See 'World Championship'

  • Win the US Open

    See 'World Championship'

  • Winning all tournaments in a single year in career mode

This is the hardest achievement to obtain in the game. You must play an entire season of career mode in one sitting, without saving or turning off your console. If you attempt this and it doesn't unlock, then try again in Season 2, as you will then be able to enter the Las Vegas Desert Classic.

  • Win a match against a Pro player without losing a set in career mode

Pretty self-explanatory. In career mode, matches are of a pre-determined length so they cannot be changed. At the beginning of each match in Career mode it will tell you how may games are in a set. Just don't lose a whole set in a match and you will be fine.

  • Win a match against a Pro player without losing a leg in career mode

This is pretty similar to Whitewash but the only difference is you cannot lose a single leg. Playing on Amateur this shold not be too difficult to unlock in the early rounds of any tournament.

  • Beat Phil Taylor in Pro or Master difficulty

I found this easiest to do in Exhibition, Best of one leg and in 301. I used Raymond Van Barneveld for all, apart from himself. Get used to a players timings as there is no power meter on Pro difficulty. Use your chosen player to beat all other 15 players and then use somebody else to beat the player you chose. With a little practice, you should be able to do each player in a couple of attempts.

    -Tip for pro difficulty :
Go straight to the top of the board, and use as little power as possible to get a T20. Repeat for a 180. You can use this technique in any mode to get a 180.

    With 121 left, go 11, T20, BULL.

Aim for the top of D9, little power, for the 11. Again to the top and little power for the T20. Now go to the T20, but go up a little so you're half in and half out the T20. Little power = BULL.

That's how you can win against anyone on PRO.

  • Achieve a 3-dart average greater than 120 in a single non-party match

You must finish a whole match with a 3 dart average of over 120. You can check your averages in the pause menu. This is not an easy achievement, but playing a shorter match on an easier difficulty will make it easier. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Achieve a career 3-dart average greater than 100 over a season

You must average over 100 after a whole season. You can check your averages along with other statistics in the Statistics screen on the Career mode menu.

  • Score 180 in 3 darts on the practice board

You must score T20, T20, T20 on the practice board. The practice board is available at certain points in Career mode. Look at the calendar in the career mode menu to see when you can use the practice board.

  • Score a 3-dart finish higher than 140 in a non-party match

You must leave yourself on a finish higher than 140 in any game type (301, 501, 701). Simply make the checkout and the achievement is yours. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Hitman

    10

Score more than ten 180s in a career match

You need to score T20, T20, T20 (180) a minimum of 10 times in a career match. This is easier to get in the longer length matches.

  • Win your first non-party match

Easy really, just win any match in any game mode apart from Party.

  • Finish on the bull in a non-party match

Just make the the last dart you throw to win a leg is at the bull. This means you need to leave 50 points. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Be world #1 in career mode with a custom character at the end of the season

For this to unlock you must use a custom Character, not a pro. You will begin Career mode at rank 64. Win tournaments to progress up the world rankings. This should unlock at the end of Season 2.

  • Win a ranked match on Xbox LIVE

Simply win one match on xbox live. Either win legit or finding a boosting partner HERE.

  • Win 10 ranked matches in a row on Xbox LIVE

For this you must win 10 ranked games on xbox live, in a row. This is easiest done with a boosting partner. You can find a partner HERE.

  • Win 50 ranked matches on Xbox LIVE

There is no easy way to do this really. Even with boosting it will take a good few hours. To find a boosting Partner, look HERE.

Secret achievements

  • Hit a no-score area of the dartboard 3 times in a single turn in a non-party match.

The no score area of the dartboard is the outer black bit. Hit this three times with three darts (in a row) and you will unlock the achievement. Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.

  • Leave yourself on a 163 bogey checkout in a non-party match.

Self Explanatory. Leave yourself needing 163 in an game type (301,501,701). Make sure it is done in either Tournament, Exhibition or Career, as doing in party mode will not unlock the achievement.
