Introduction:
NIN2 Jump is a fun (if short) arcade game where you play as Nin-Ja, an ninja who is for some reason trying to rescue the princess (of course...)
The game is broken down into 5 chapters, with 9 levels and a boss in each. In essence, it is a time trial based game, where you have to collect a certain amount of scrolls for the level end to open up, avoiding traps and enemies. At the beginning of each chapter you will unlock a new skill to get you through it. Visually the game is lovely with a unique style.
The achievements are pretty straightforward, and once you know the level layouts quick times can be gotten pretty soon once you master the skills.
Step 1:
Start off by playing through the game, making sure you find the hidden "C" logo in each level. Most of them are in your path, and the levels are so small that a guide is really not necessary. If you miss one, just play the level again and take a different route and you should find them.
Once you finish all 50 levels with all the collectables you will have unlocked 6 achievements for 120
Step 2:
Next you will need to replay the levels to beat the target times for each chapter. They are really not too difficult once you know the layout for each level. Your target for each level is S rank, getting an S for each level will guarantee beating the target, but you can get by with a few As if your S times are fast enough. The bosses on chapters 3 and 4 can be beaten much quicker than the target S times with a bit of skill which will give you a lot more leeway on the other levels.
Step 3/Mop Up:
You should only have one achievement remaining now, the beautifully named "CHOUNOYOUNIMAI HACHINOYOUNISASU". For this one start time trial mode (press or at the level select screen). You basically need to survive for at least 3 minutes without dying, which is easy if you keep moving.
Conclusion:
If you want a relatively easy 200, or want something a bit different to play then this is the game for you. The achievements are all straightforward all pop when they are supposed to.
